Production Equipment

The extrusion workshop is the oldest department in our Shandong factory, and it has the most mature and stable production experience and technology for producing PE pipes. Currently, we have 11 extrusion devices, including 7 for producing PE pipes and 4 for producing PVC pipes. The annual production capacity of PE pipes can reach 2,200 tons, while PVC pipes can reach about 300 tons.The shared area between the injection molding workshop and the extrusion workshop is 105.41m ×49.21m.(5187㎡)The injection workshop now has 12 injection molding machines
